ŁÓDŹ EXPO REAL 2023

The design of the exhibition booth has been tailored to meet the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR). The concept aligns with the illustrative visualization attached as Appendix 2 to the TOR. Functionally, the booth is divided into two levels. The ground floor features a meeting area with exhibition tables and high chairs, a reception area with a large reception counter and high chairs, a bar area with a bar counter and shelves, as well as a kitchen area equipped with the necessary kitchen and catering equipment, a storage area for kitchen supplies, and an additional storage area for exhibitors. Next to the bar counter, there is also an interactive television with a laptop and VR goggles. On the upper floor, there is a conference room with a 65-inch television, a table for at least 10 people, a refreshment cabinet, a coffee machine, and an air conditioner placed on the wall to keep it as discreet as possible. The storage area on this level supports meetings, and auxiliary tables in front of the conference room encourage conversation. Additionally, a large LED screen on the ground floor invites visitors to enter the booth. Anthracite color in a semi-matte finish plays the main role in the booth’s design, with illuminated logos enhancing its presence at Expo Real 2024 in Munich. The entire display is crowned by an installation made of polished metal "boats," directly referencing the name of the exhibiting city. The overhead structure above the booth completes the design harmoniously, showcasing the logo and the monumental presence of the exhibitor. Both the booth and the back rooms include all equipment elements required by the TOR. Compared to last year's design, we have refined the functional layout of the booth while retaining all essential elements.
